Rooms were pretty, we loved them. Although the street was nosy and you'll have to deal with it, it offers fairly good location...

The staff was welcoming and the setting was ideal. Butter&brot, where you can eat, is only a short distance to the hotel. Besides, free Wi Fi worked flawlessly.

It will take you about 5 minutes walk to reach fountain square. Room met needs well. The hotel was situated near the ostanovka bus stop, just 10 minutes walking distance;)))
